In the Val di Cornia area, historically suited to olive cultivation, a 20-hectare farm, 6 hectares of which are super-intensive.
Structured in a workmanlike manner, the farm has a total of 9,000 trees, with a drip irrigation system fed by an artesian well.
The 6X6 planting includes Tuscan varieties, including Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino and Lazzero, while the super-intensive planting has a 4X2 planting pattern with 6,000 plants of the Maurino variety.
The property consists of a historic building dating back to the nineteenth century, organised on 2 levels, with the part dedicated to the farm on the ground floor and 2 flats on the first floor, as well as a shed of 240 square metres where the oil mill, currently located in another area, will be transferred.
On the ground floor of the main house there is an oil storage warehouse with steel containers, a bottling line, a labelling machine for bottles and a filling machine for cans, as well as a refectory and rooms for the employees’ changing room and bathroom.
The company is being sold with the gates open, but includes 2 tractors, a forklift, a sprayer barrel, and tools for working the land.
